Meet Brittney
Brittney Valdez is the founder and owner of Strut Dance Studio, a full time instructor, a Champion professional and Pro/Am competitor, member of the UCWDC (country) Partner Dance Education Committee, wife, and mom of three.
Her 20 year dance career has been spent competing and teaching across many styles of dance: Ballroom, West Coast Swing, Country, Line, Hustle and Latin because “if the music is good, you dance”. She has earned many titles on the comp floor along the way, but for her, great social dancing really hits the spot!
“It’s a lifestyle. It’s connection to other people through music. That’s the real gift.”
Strut is about honoring the music, the people around you and ultimately, yourself. It’s about taking chances and living life in the moment.
