ABOUT-
You do not need to sign up for scheduled group classes in advance. Come on in to the studio! Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign in and change your shoes as needed.

Beginner – no formal dance training
Newcomer – recently begun dance training with basic knowledge of steps
Novice – some dance training with basic knowledge of steps and understanding of timing
Intermediate – experienced dancer with good knowledge of steps and understanding of timing
Advanced – skilled dancer, experienced in styling, choreography, and technique
Beginner – never danced

Strut offers a wide range of dance styles to suit every preference and skill level. From American and International-style ballroom to West Coast Swing, Country Western, Club Latin, and Hustle, we provide expert instruction in all these styles to help you shine on the dance floor.

Wear athletic clothes that allow mobility.
Dance shoes are not necessary to start if you’re new, but they do help with support and balance so we highly recommended them as you progress. No sandals please. Shoes need a closed heel.

Strut offers private dance lessons for a personalized learning experience. Each session provides one-on-one time with your instructor, allowing you to focus on your goals, refine your technique, and progress at your own pace.

Attending dance classes or lessons with a partner is completely optional! We offer lessons designed for individuals and pairs alike, so you can enjoy learning solo or alongside a partner.

Group classes are currently adult classes. Private lessons have no age limit and currently range from 8+.
